Estella Rodighiero is recognised as one of South-East Queensland’s leading economic development professionals and host of the Gold Coast Insider Podcast, where she engages with industry leaders on the forces shaping regional growth and transformation.

With more than two decades of experience, she has successfully delivered award-winning workforce and industry initiatives, designed and implemented multi-million-dollar projects, and led international trade missions. Estella also provides strategic advice to governments at all levels on policies influencing regional economies, workforce capability, and infrastructure development.

As CEO of RDA Gold Coast, Estella spearheads transformative projects across key sectors including Biomedical, Industry 4.0, Space, Aerospace & Defence, Advanced Manufacturing, Marine, and Construction. Her leadership emphasises the development of a future-ready workforce, the advancement of regional infrastructure, and the transition to a net zero economy. She is deeply committed to aligning industry needs with infrastructure and workforce planning to enable sustainable growth, innovation, and long-term prosperity.
